Visiting your past

Today, I took some time to reflect on my past along with planning for my future. Even though I never fully go back to things I did in the past it's always good to visit them once in a while for inspiration, guidance and memories. Something that has been present in my past and is still relevant today is my love for music. I have been singing ever since I was 6 years old. I did my first performance at my aunts high school talent show and ever since then I haven't looked back.
The feeling that can be evoked through music is just so surreal it's really unexplainable. Being on stage, being in the studio, being in the car, in my room, wherever and whenever music is just such an amazing thing to me.

I was going through some of my old cd's today and all these memories came back and so many different emotions came rushing back it was such a russhh! I use to listen to alot of artist like Boys 2 Men, Usher, Aaliyah, Whitney Houston, Nas, old school reggae, Nsync and all those pop artist. I swear revisiting some of those artist and songs today made me feel so good inside and reminded me of how important music is in my life.

I have always wanted to be a professional singer and I began to push in that direction since I was about 13-14. Compared to alot of people, I have had alot of success but at the same time it's not enough. I have had the opportunity to open up shows in my hometown for Marques Houston, Massari, Ray Robinson and a couple others.

I know deep down in my heart that if I continue to push in this industry I will get whatever it is that I want. What I want is to become an international recording artist/top male model. With that being said I am making the proper decisions and progress towards attaining those goals.

I was never one for sharing my information on the internet but I feel that I want people to follow my journey throughout this industry and give others a chance to learn at the same time. A model on my agency Renee Thompson was doing this for her modelling career and I stumbled across it and I loved learning inside tips from her blog and I hope to be able to do that for male models and aspiring young artist.

I'mma leave you with a couple pictures
